The use of our services is subject to this Acceptable Use Policy.

Terms with initial capitalization have the meaning provided in the applicable agreement between the customer and TECHDESIGN NEXTGEN.

The customer agrees not to, and not to authorize third parties to, use the services:

• To violate or encourage the violation of others’ legal rights (including enabling the customer’s end users to infringe on intellectual property rights in violation of the DMCA);
• To engage in, promote, or encourage illegal activities;
• For unlawful, defamatory, counterfeit, invasive, or fraudulent purposes (including phishing, pyramid schemes, or website mirroring);
• To intentionally distribute viruses, trojans, worms, corrupted files, hoaxes, or other destructive or deceptive elements;
• To interfere with the use of services or the equipment used to provide the services by customers, authorized resellers, or other authorized users;
• To disable, interfere with, or circumvent any aspect of the services;
• To generate, distribute, publish, or facilitate unsolicited emails, promotions, advertisements, or other forms of spam; or
• To use the services or any interface provided with the services to access any other TECHDESIGN NEXTGEN product or service in violation of its terms of service.

Compliance with Laws
By using TECHDESIGN NEXTGEN services, the customer agrees to comply with:

• Moroccan laws governing data protection and digital transactions;
• U.S. laws, including the DMCA and CLOUD Act;
• International intellectual property agreements administered by OMPIC.

Any breach of these obligations may result in service suspension or termination without notice.
